At present, the prefabricated construction industry is in a situation of increasing types components and generally high production costs. A hybrid optimization model considering continuity discreteness for fabricated concrete members established to minimize costs through analysis characteristics precast members. Under premise fully staffing constraints, process period special time limits component production, arrangement are rationalized optimized. discrete differential evolution (DDE) algorithm introduced such NP-hard problems. The double genetic chromosome coding mode active scheduling decoding method adopted. Based on improved POX (Precedence Operation Crossover) cross-evolution method, global operation carried out, an interchange-based local search continuous work penalty mechanism designed find optimal solution. experimental results verify practicality effectiveness algorithm.
